Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a robust Quality Assurance System that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and customer quality standards.
  • Audit and evaluate the effectiveness of our Quality Assurance System, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and hygiene teams to ensure that products are produced safely and meet customer quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and quality-focused work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and processes meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or food safety role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
