Job Title: Senior Physiotherapy Lead

Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapy Lead to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior physiotherapists and students.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
