About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching drivers.
  • Logistics Support: Provide logistical support to drivers, including vehicle check sheets, agency paperwork, and debrief data.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with drivers, team members, and agency staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve transportation-related issues, such as unauthorized stops, fuel discrepancies, and turnaround times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and agency staff.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Transportation Experience: Experience in a transportation or planning environment, with knowledge of logistics operations and transportation management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
