Insurance Policy Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Policy Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting small to medium-sized businesses in finding insurance policies that perfectly match their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized guidance to customers in selecting the most suitable insurance package for their requirements.
- Assist customers with various inquiries, including setting up insurance policies and capturing information.
- Build insurance quotes and renewals via phone, offering the best price and appropriate coverage while prioritizing customer needs.
- Look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our range of products depending on the customers' needs.
- Make and answer calls from customers and clients to gather information, provide updates, and talk through any concerns or questions they may have.
We provide comprehensive training to familiarize you with all aspects of the job. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to explain sophisticated language in simple terms, either in writing and/or over the phone.
- Attention to detail because you'll need to accurately review and assess documentation.
- Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when taking care of customers.
- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout.
- Computer literate.
- GCSEs, or equivalent including English and Maths.
