Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Equity Release Assistant. This is an entry-level administrative role that offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to step into an office environment and build a career within a legal environment.

About the Role:

As an Equity Release Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This will include opening and closing legal files, general administrative tasks, and liaising with customers to ensure a high level of service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing legal files
  • General administrative support
  • Liaising with customers to ensure a high level of service is provided
  • Printing, scanning, and photocopying files
  • Answering the telephone and liaising with clients and referrers
  • In time, you will be given your own case load to manage

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Good skill level on the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Enthusiastic and hard-working approach
