In this position, you will take charge of collecting and analyzing business requirements for complex initiatives. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently and deliver exceptional results across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process evaluations.
- Analyze new initiatives assigned by the Business Analyst Lead, producing comprehensive cost-benefit analysis documents.
- Critically assess information from diverse sources, resolving conflicts, and translating high-level information into detailed insights.
- Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their information needs and functional requirements, delivering essential documentation such as Project Request Forms and Business Requirements Documents.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with users to define concepts under the guidance of project managers.
- Create documentation for new initiatives, ensuring users comprehend the functionality and application.
- Encourage team self-management towards innovation, aligning with stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in team innovation activities, including prototyping and research and development efforts.
- Understand the product vision and business requirements for successful, timely product releases.
- Foster collaborative relationships within a high-pressure environment.
- Support a culture of trust and transparency, enhancing collaboration within Scrum teams and with Program and Product Managers.
- Assist team members across different geographical locations.
- Evaluate risks and issues related to initiatives.
- Engage in the Community of Practice for continuous learning and development.
- Act as a quality champion for the Scrum team, supporting the BA Community of Practice and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
