Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Risk and Compliance team in various tasks, including:
  • Conducting compliance monitoring and testing
  • Facilitating client onboarding, KYC, and AML assessments
  • Performing compliance audits
  • Supporting the implementation of compliance training programs
  • Preparing necessary regulatory submissions
  • Updating and maintaining policy documentation
  • Managing client and compliance-related information

Required Skills:

  • Experience in compliance through internships, contracts, or relevant market exposure.
  • A strong interest in financial services, particularly in regulatory and risk management.
  • Excellent numerical abilities.
  • Proficient IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the compliance field.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, AML, or risk management is preferred for candidates beyond entry-level.
