Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances.
  • Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Streamline and improve operations and accounting systems.
  • Coordinate the management of cash flow, debt, and debt collection.
  • Oversee the audit process and liaise with external personnel as required.
  • Support the business with financial strategy and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or highly experienced QBE professional.
