About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our Infrastructure Sales team in the Aviation and Rail sector. As an Infrastructure Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales support activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, leads, and opportunities.
- Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring customer requirements are met and incorporated.
- Proactively monitor leads and new opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and assignment to the correct owners.
- Maintain accurate customer data and hierarchies within internal management systems.
Requirements:
- Background in Infrastructure or Sales/Customer Service.
- Advanced office-tools literacy and contractual/financial understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with effective communication in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Asite is beneficial.
