We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Support Officer. As a key member of our Civil Parking Enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process PCNs and issue permits in accordance with Road Traffic Law and Traffic Regulation Orders.
  • Be conversant with relevant legislation and Civil Parking Enforcement practices and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to council staff, external customers, and other stakeholders.
Working Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high volume of PCNs and interacting with a wide range of customers. You will be required to work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, with weekend working and a mixture of early and late shifts.
