Agricultural Product Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Agricultural Product Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product sales support and demonstrations to our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product sales support and demonstrations to the sales team, working closely with customers and suppliers to achieve key targets and deliver revenue and profitability.
  • Offer technical support to the Service Department to solve customer issues, especially related to precision farming and harvesting products.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Carry out in-house training on new technologies to sales, parts, and service staff, when required.
  • Deliver professional product installations to customers in support of the sales team.
  • Manage the company demonstration fleet.
  • Provide sales support in the office and at promotional events as backup to the sales team.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Implement company health & safety procedures.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings to share relevant sales news and progress.
  • Work closely with the company Marketing team to ensure full customer reach and raise company and suppliers' brand awareness.
