Payroll Administrator Opportunity

Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a longstanding client in Sherborne, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and deliver a monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile payroll data, resolve payroll enquiries from internal stakeholders, and support with general accounts queries.
  • Comply with tax, pension, and other relevant regulations, prepare payroll for audit, and process timesheets and job costings.
  • Support the Senior Management Accountant and work as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • System savvy with experience using Sage (Sage50 ideally) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, logical, and flexible.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English, with a friendly demeanour.
  • Trustworthy and highly confidential.
Benefits:
  • £15 per hour pay, with a take-home pay of £11,700 PA.
  • A workplace pension scheme.
  • 30 days of holiday per annum/pro rata (including bank holidays).
  • Part-time and permanent work, with a 15-hour per week contract over 2-3 days.
