Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Patient Records team as a Patient Records Clerk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely and efficient retrieval and storage of case notes, and adhering to strict confidentiality and information governance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve case notes from the Patient Records Library and around the hospital
- Input data onto the Patient Administration System while maintaining patient confidentiality
- File patient case notes in terminal digit order in the Library
- Maintain and update the case note tracking system
- Ensure compliance with retention and destruction policies
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time permanent and zero-hour bank contracts available
