Macklin Motors Vauxhall Dunfermline

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Progressor to enhance our exceptional team at Macklin Motors Vauxhall Dunfermline.

The role offers a competitive Basic Salary of £25,000 along with a range of attractive Company Benefits.

The primary responsibility of the Vehicle Progressor is to ensure that each vehicle meets the group standards within a 72-hour timeframe upon arrival.

This includes conducting initial cosmetic evaluations during vehicle check-in, coordinating all necessary cosmetic repairs such as wheel refurbishment, painting, trim repairs, and valeting, as well as capturing photographs of vehicles prepared for sale. Additionally, the Vehicle Progressor will assist the sales manager in crafting detailed comments for each vehicle.

Another key aspect of this role involves performing quality checks on all vehicles post-preparation and managing the logistics for returning vehicles to designated dealerships, as well as organizing vehicles for sale preparation.

No prior experience is required for this position, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and disciplined individual with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. A passion for excellence, energy, and commitment are essential qualities that should be evident during the interview process. A keen attention to detail and confidence in using technology are also important.

Applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence, as the role may involve the collection and delivery of vehicles.
