Job Summary

We're seeking a transactional lawyer with financing experience to join our Legal Team as a member. As a key player, you'll handle various legal matters, work with stakeholders, and take ownership of deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial contracts, including service agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors.
  • Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels.
  • Provide general support on other corporate and commercial matters.
  • Handle legal experience from a reputable law firm or in-house at an asset management firm in financial services, including financing transactions, funds formation, or M&A transactions.
Requirements
  • Legal experience in financial services, including financing transactions, funds formation, or M&A transactions.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
