Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and e-commerce team across various digital channels. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the ongoing development of our website, product catalogue management, and oversee monthly product launches, ensuring optimal site functionality and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Ecommerce & Digital Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive ecommerce and digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Drive Sales and Performance: Continuously analyze sales and performance data to ensure traffic and conversion targets are met year-round.
- Product Launch Management: Manage a product launch schedule, preparing and optimizing products on a continual basis.
- Product Page Optimization: Review and enhance product pages and promotional plans to drive sales and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create and optimize all website products, including writing compelling copy to highlight product features and benefits.
- Team Leadership: Lead the e-commerce and digital marketing team, ensuring the delivery of key projects and deadlines.
- Site Development and Optimization: Plan and execute yearly projects aimed at site development and optimization.
Requirements:
- Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing roles.
- Ecommerce Platform Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ecommerce platforms is required.
- Data Management and Analysis: Competence in Google Sheets and Excel for data management and analysis.
- Collaboration and Leadership: A self-motivated individual with a passion for B2C digital and a creative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
- Communication and Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
