Job Title: Administration / Invoicing Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration / Invoicing Clerk to join our team at Streamline Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and send invoices using accounting software
  2. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices
  3. Track payments and follow up on late payments
  4. Match payments to invoices
  5. Take minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant parties
  6. Update policies and internal forms
  7. Enter contact information into the software system
  8. Manage a WhatsApp group for parents and carers
  9. Raise bills for payment from suppliers and contractors
  10. Contact suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies
  11. Pull data from accounting software and create reports for funding projects

Requirements:

  • Experience with accounting software, such as FreeAgent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements and ability to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
