Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts and make decisions to ensure the store runs efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
  • Coach and develop colleagues to improve their skills and performance
  • Maintain a great understanding of store performance and assist managers in delivering actions to improve the store

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases based on location and skills. We also offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
