You will collaborate with a team of five, assisting in the creation and evaluation of high-quality, compliant, and timely bid submissions, adhering to established bid processes and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Developing persuasive and high-quality responses for PQQs, ITTs, and case studies to secure new business, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Ensuring the timely preparation of documentation for bid submissions in a fast-paced environment.
- Improving existing content in the bid library and generating new case studies for upcoming projects, while also refreshing current materials.
- Maintaining company brand standards, ensuring all submissions reflect our core values.
- Staying updated on customer expectations and market trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches.
- Providing assistance to the business development team as required, in line with our strategic goals.
Do you possess the following?
- Demonstrated experience in bid writing.
- Proven capability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant bids and proposals within a business context.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate across all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and conscientious in approach.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable.

- Relevant experience in bid writing within the construction or social housing sectors.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly in MS Word.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- APMP foundation qualification.
