About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team at St Christopher's Hospice. As a key member of our Rehab and Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist dietetic services to patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, goal-focussed dietetic services to patients across our in-patient setting, out-patient clinics, and other venues as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic, rehabilitative interventions to optimize patient independence and quality of life.
  • Contribute to the development of specialist knowledge and skills in palliative care rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Person-centred approach with sound clinical reasoning skills and ability to deliver complex interventions.
  • Experience across core areas of clinical practice, including palliative care.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
