The Role:
As the Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our studio facilities. Your duties will include leading a team of assistants, overseeing the studio's physical environment, and ensuring that all client requirements are met with the utmost quality. You will manage studio equipment and inventory, collaborate with the production team, and uphold exceptional standards of customer service. Furthermore, you will implement health and safety protocols and manage front-of-house interactions, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and visitors.

- Shooting Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production team to deliver high-quality service during photo shoots, addressing client needs and managing logistics.
- Client Relations: Ensure outstanding customer service and manage front-of-house interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Health and Safety Management: Implement and oversee health and safety policies, including conducting assessments and drills to ensure compliance.
