Care/Support Worker - SureCare Franchising
SureCare Franchising is actively looking for dedicated care/support workers to join our team for overnight shifts. We are focused on providing exceptional support to individuals with specific needs.
This role involves working with a client who has autism and epilepsy, and we require candidates to meet the client prior to joining our dedicated team.
We are seeking part-time care/support workers to cover night shifts throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
While prior experience with epilepsy and autism is not mandatory, it is highly regarded.
Applicants must possess a valid enhanced DBS check, references, and the right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Experience in assisting individuals with autism (preferred)
- Previous experience with epilepsy (desirable)
- Proficiency in Cantonese (desirable)
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Effective communication tailored to individual requirements
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Fostering a culture of transparency and excellence
- Collaboration within a team environment
