We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our Finance team at Samaritan's Purse International. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the team by undertaking accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, reconciliation of income/donations, and maintaining the fixed asset register.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a finance environment and a strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations. Previous experience in a charity or non-profit organization is desirable but not essential.
In accordance with the Equality Act of 2010, the post holder is required to be an evangelical Christian, committed to the purpose of Samaritan's Purse International and able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organization. The successful candidate will be able to live out, hold to, support and contribute to the organization's Christian ethos.
The Financial Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing financial support to the Finance team
- Undertaking accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Reconciling income/donations
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
