We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join our team at Logistics People. As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Forklift to transport materials and goods throughout the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Stack and organize pallets and other items within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months FLT - Reach experience, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads, with a strong physical presence.
  • Basic math and English skills, with the ability to read and understand safety protocols and instructions.
