The successful applicant will be an experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner who, within their professional scope, will deliver comprehensive care to patients. This includes initial history taking, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing assessment of care effectiveness. The role demands proficient clinical judgment and expert care, showcasing assessment and diagnostic capabilities for our patient population.

The Senior Clinical Practitioner in Trauma & Orthopaedics will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge to operate autonomously and make informed decisions regarding patient care. - Registered General Nurse or Allied Health Professional
- Qualification in Teaching/Assessment and Mentoring
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice or equivalent

- Proven experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics
- Demonstrated ability to function as an autonomous practitioner
- Previous experience in teaching patients and staff, both formally and informally
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Advanced Practice
- Familiarity with key professional issues and guidelines related to practice
- Evidence of collaborative work across organizational boundaries
- Experience in applying research findings to clinical practice
- Commitment to maintaining professional competencies and fitness for practice
