About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance Team. The successful candidate will coordinate, review and support the implementation of common QA processes, acting as the contact point for curriculum staff and Awarding Organisations. They will also provide support to regionally based Business Partners.
This is a permanent, full-time role based across our Berkshire colleges, covering our Reading and Bracknell campuses. Travel between campuses will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and review QA processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Act as the primary contact for curriculum staff and Awarding Organisations.
- Provide support to regionally based Business Partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with educational data within the FE sector, particularly with a quality, data or curriculum background.
- Self-motivated with exceptionally high attention to detail.
- Experience of supporting colleagues and providing feedback to aid their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of using dashboards, ProMonitor/ProAchieve or equivalent systems is desirable.
