Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand client needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures
  • Continuously enhance team capabilities by implementing best practices in API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps
  • Architect and develop high-performance, scalable Python solutions that drive innovation and delight our clients

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of hands-on experience with Python development
  • Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks
  • Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks
  • Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments
  • Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework
  • Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy)
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle
  • Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques
  • Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered features
