Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Examinations Manager. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for the administration and organization of all aspects of examinations for our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize examination entries and manage examination operations to ensure the integrity of the exam process.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff, students, and invigilators regarding examinations.
  • Liaise with examination boards to meet the requirements of the exams cycle.
  • Manage a varied workload and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Strong data processing skills and experience working with data management systems.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with staff, students, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working within a school or education setting is beneficial but not essential.
