About the Role

The Renewable Power Manager will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our renewable power division. You will work closely with staff to manage the day-to-day sales pipeline of renewable products, ensuring that they are available to meet hire requirements and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Review the sales pipeline on a daily basis to ensure that renewable products are available to meet hire requirements.
  • Inspect and Maintain Products: Inspect all renewable products going out on hire to ensure they meet the necessary standards of cleanliness and appearance, and complete service check sheets.
  • Process Returns and Damages: Inspect all products returned from hire, record any damage, and issue site damages to the Depot Manager for authorization and charging to customers.
  • Manage Documentation and Requisitions: Ensure that all delivery, collection, and exchange paperwork is correctly completed and filed, and raise requisitions for consumables and other items for the division.
  • Maintain Facilities and Assets: Ensure that the building and yard are maintained and secured, and that all required designated areas are clearly marked and assets are stored in the appropriate areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance, and extensive technical knowledge and skills to enable you to manage effectively. You will also need to be a strong problem solver with positive communication skills, and able to demonstrate leadership to support meeting team and organisational strategic goals.
