About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at Khanum's. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Liaise with our production team to verify incoming stock from suppliers
    • Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of all products, SKUs, sizes, color variations, and inventory levels
    • Communicate with the production team regarding stock production timelines and estimated delivery dates
    • Allocate customer orders and update inventory levels in real-time
    • Conduct quality control checks on received orders to ensure adherence to quality control procedures
    • Verify returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with our returns and exchanges policy
    • Update returns and exchanges spreadsheet and communicate feedback to customer service and production teams
    • Manage inventory system and ensure daily updates
  • Shipping Logistics:
    • Prepare package boxes and mailer bags for customer orders
    • Book shipments via our fulfillment and logistics account
    • Print shipping labels for customer orders daily
    • Arrange courier collections on a daily basis
    • Attach labels to order packages
    • Assist customers in tracking orders using our tracking system
    • Verify that all orders have been shipped and delivered safely to customers
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Update Shopify with tags on every order to track fulfillment progress
    • Verify delivery requests to meet customer expectations
    • Separate ready-to-ship orders from inventory daily
    • Pick and pack orders
    • Update orders with tracking details on Shopify
    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment and logistics
    • Proven track record in retail fashion and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
    • Strong understanding of Khanum's brand and values
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Shopify
    • Experience with DHL and Royal Mail booking systems
