At Scottish Water, we're committed to safeguarding Scotland's most precious natural resource. As a Network Maintenance Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our wastewater network infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, investigating problems and implementing effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Carry out routine repairs, maintenance, and choke clearing on the wastewater network infrastructure, as well as plant, equipment, and vehicle checks, prioritizing health and safety.

Accurately report performance and productivity metrics, utilizing digital equipment and apps throughout the day.

Participate in the standby rota for out-of-hours work, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You'll need to be self-motivated, with basic IT skills and report writing abilities. A full, clean driving license is essential, with an HGV license preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).

A few desirable skills include experience with HGVs, CCTV equipment, and health and safety principles for site working or basic ground skills.
