This role is situated within a specialized nursing facility that provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals aged 18 and above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of the Mental Health Act and ensure adherence to clinical policies and standards.
- Conduct audits to assess and enhance the quality of medical services, ensuring that practices are evidence-based and of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with external partners to facilitate the reintegration of service users into the community.
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan patient care.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Care Programme Approach for all service users.
- Participate in the evaluation of referrals to ensure appropriate admissions.
- Contribute to the training and professional development of staff across various disciplines.
