Role Responsibilities: This position encompasses a variety of building maintenance tasks, including:

  • Building Maintenance: Conducting repairs on roofs, brickwork, and flooring.
  • External Works: Managing car park and yard maintenance.
  • Fabric Repairs: Addressing issues with doors, office workstations, signage, and general carpentry.
  • Roller Shutter Maintenance: Performing annual checks and reactive repairs.
  • Painting and Decorating: Executing minor painting tasks.
  • Plumbing Services: Unblocking drains and repairing leaking fixtures.
  • Joinery Tasks: Repairing wall and floor fittings, along with hardware replacements.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £31,785
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
  • Travel Time: Paid at overtime rate after the first 30 minutes
  • Overtime: 1.5x pay for additional hours
  • Company Vehicle: Provided with a fuel card, private use option available
  • Holiday: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
