Position Overview

Your Role:

We are embarking on an exciting transformation, shifting from a content-focused service to a platform dedicated to enriching the educational journey. This is your opportunity to become part of a seasoned yet evolving organization, collaborating with a vibrant product design and development team to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: You will develop and advocate for our product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals in the EdTech sector.
  • Collaborative Engagement: You will partner closely with teams across engineering, content, sales, marketing, and customer success, translating business objectives into actionable products and features.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: You will prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility, serving as the voice of our users and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Expertise in Subject Matter: You will lead initial explorations for new opportunities to innovate or enhance offerings for our customers, educators, and students.
  • Data-Driven Insights: You will establish and monitor product metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Innovative Thinking: You will keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, user needs, and behaviors, leveraging insights to advance our business.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Demonstrated success in scaling web-based EdTech products, particularly within Middle, Secondary, and Higher Education sectors in the US and UK, aimed at enhancing teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • A data-oriented mindset, coupled with a relentless curiosity and ambition to elevate our business.
  • Proficiency in product management principles and a solid foundation in user research and usability testing.
  • A passion for collaboration and people, ensuring your teams are engaged, supported, and encouraged in their professional growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in the EdTech field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies.
  • Professional background with Learning Management Systems (LMS), School Information Systems (SIS), and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
