In this role, you will oversee litigated small claims track cases, ensuring effective management of both liability and quantum small claims through proficient telephone negotiation strategies to achieve favorable settlements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in handling RTA files
- Thorough understanding of the highway code and fundamental principles of road traffic legislation
- Familiarity with Court Practice Rules
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capacity to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied caseload
- Collaborative team member with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with advanced IT proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Professional communication with colleagues and external contacts
