About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our compassionate and progressive health visiting service. This role focuses on providing support to families with children aged zero to five.
As a Health Visitor, you will manage a diverse caseload and demonstrate flexibility in delivering the best possible care for each family. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to families on various aspects of child health and development.
- Conducting home visits and assessments to identify potential health concerns.
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual family needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for families.
- Promoting healthy lifestyles and preventative measures within the community.
About You
You will be a registered nurse with a specialization in Community Public Health Nursing. Your experience working with young children and families, coupled with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build trusting relationships and effectively support families.
