Position Overview:
Are you experienced in working with young learners in Year 1? Do you have a passion for assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

LTF Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Central Coventry.

Role Responsibilities:
This position involves providing tailored support to students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups within the Year 1 classroom, focusing on children with SEN in a well-resourced environment.

Long-Term Opportunity:
The role is available on a long-term basis, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess:
- Previous experience in a primary school setting, particularly with KS1 students.
- Skills in supporting individual and small group learning.
- Knowledge and experience in working with children with SEN, including conditions such as ASD.
- A Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant degree.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
