About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain a visually appealing store display and ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products, offering recommendations, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work flexibly to meet business needs, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
