Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

Chippenham Office

Permanent - Full-time Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our client's team in their Chippenham office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Conveyancer to work within a friendly and collaborative firm, managing a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, and Shared Ownership
  • Ensure accurate ID requirements, source of funds, and gift deposits
  • Issue contracts and manage mortgage redemptions
  • Exchange contracts and order searches, titles, and associated enquiries
  • Work closely with another Conveyancer to continue the growth of the work within the Department

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing a caseload and developing business opportunities
