About the Role

Cielo is seeking a highly skilled Brand and Digital Consultant to join our Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent brand, attraction, and engagement solutions that enable our clients to enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize the value of their employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop commercially effective talent brand, digital, and communications solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Use market and talent intelligence to inform highly targeted talent marketing initiatives that drive results.
  • Partner with clients to develop briefs and own the development and deployment of the solution.
  • Manage various brand and digital projects with delivery on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Measure and maximize ROI on all projects to ensure business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development opportunities, such as multi-national RPO deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing, preferably in an RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency.
  • Strong understanding of talent marketing, including EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, and recruitment marketing technology.
  • Ability to translate best practices into relevant, practical, and effective solutions and products.
  • English language fluency is essential for this role.
