AEJ Consulting Ltd is a vibrant and rapidly expanding trading organization focused on commodities, derivatives, and financial instruments. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graduate HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team and support our ongoing growth and success.

Job Overview:

In the role of Graduate HR Analyst, you will be instrumental in assisting the HR department with a variety of functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to acquire practical experience in a dynamic trading environment while building a solid foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, which includes crafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precise information.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to uncover trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Engage in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • Provide support for performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.
