About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and preparing meals
  • Assist with administering medication and providing companionship
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Management Team to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
  • Must be willing to work between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift)
