About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobg8. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business partners and clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business development or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
