  • Follows cleaning protocols for spa areas and ensures proper handling of laundry.

  • Processes payments for treatments and products efficiently.
  • Meets retail sales targets set by management.
  • Receives and organizes stock upon delivery.
  • Completes daily handover reports to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications and Skills
