We are seeking an experienced Auction Centre Manager to join our team at Clear Automotive Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our vehicle remarketing site in Bedford.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Direct responsibility for 19 employees, including yard staff, vehicle inspectors, buyers, marketing administrators, and logistics employees.
- Performance Management: Understand the performance requirements of the branch and drive results in a timely and efficient manner.
- Vendor and Buyer Relationships: Work with central sales and marketing teams to leverage relationships with vendors and buyers to contribute to overall profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead regular briefings and team huddles to encourage a one-team mentality and ensure everyone is commercially aware of their responsibilities towards branch goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure site compliance, H&S, and procedures are in place and maintained with the wider brand operations team.
- Efficiency and Innovation: Identify efficiencies and ideas to share with the wider team across the business.
