We are seeking two experienced professionals to fill the positions of Pool Plant Engineer/Facilities Engineer. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in general building maintenance, particularly with mechanical and electrical (M&E) preventive planned maintenance (PPMs) and building fabric repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool plant equipment and facilities
  • Execute M&E PPMs and address building fabric issues as required
  • Compile detailed written procedures for backwashing and other operational tasks on-site
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
