Job Title: Pool Plant Engineer/Facilities Engineer

Location: Mobile, covering commercial buildings in the Coventry area

Salary: Up to £35,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pool Plant Engineer/Facilities Engineer to provide essential services across various commercial buildings in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, particularly with mechanical and electrical (M&E) preventive planned maintenance (PPMs) and building fabric repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool plant equipment and facilities
  2. Execute M&E PPMs and address building fabric issues as required
  3. Compile detailed written procedures for backwashing and other operational tasks on-site
  4. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  5. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

Strong background in general building maintenance, particularly with M&E PPMs and building fabric repairs

Experience with pool plant equipment and facilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills
