About the Role:

This critical position will play a key part in achieving Stonewall's mission by leading the delivery of its policy and advocacy work to advance and defend LGBTQ+ rights in Parliament, across the nations, and with the UK Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Policy and Public Affairs team to deliver Stonewall's vision, using specialist experience to develop directorate strategy and turn it into action and impact.
  • Build and maintain key UK Government and political relationships aligned to Stonewall's policy priorities.
  • Ensure the organization contributes to the development of effective policy positions, arguments, and outputs to build support for its thought leadership work across the UK.
