  • Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress within our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative within the finance industry
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into customers
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional manner
  • Experience utilizing CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
  • Valid professional indemnity insurance policy
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Knowledge or experience in the finance industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Worked developing sales and leads for B2B businesses in the Financial Services/Accounting Sector
  • Access to large databases for lead generation
  • Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and cold email marketing
  • Comfortable with setting up lead nurturing workflows
  • Proven track record of transforming sales pipelines and lead generation in B2B Financial Service Businesses
  • Proven track record of generating large volumes of revenue for B2B Financial Service Businesses
