About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Team Leader. As a key member of our swimming team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision and deliver lifesaving and first aid provision.
  • Ensure excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities.
  • Support the teaching team and use technology to engage customers.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience, including customer engagement and attending training and team meetings.
  • Supervise the pool and assist with lesson planning and delivery.
Person Specification
  • Fully funded training and qualifications provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focused with a determined and committed approach to quality of standards and cleanliness.
  • Perseverance and patience to encourage and put people at ease.
